Let’s start with a look at The Puppy Store & Cedar Pet Supply. David Salinas’ chain of pet stores is based in Nevada and Utah, and Richard Pena serves as their Vice President of Operations. Richard had a problem with the outdated application process leveraged at his stores’ as part of their consumer finance program.
“You had to manually input each one,” says Richard. “If there were five finance companies, for example, you had to sit there and fill out applications for each one of them, which was time consuming.”
